The photo above was taken at Ambler Farm in Wilton, Connecticut.
If you've been following me on Instagram, you might know that over the summer, our family relocated from the suburbs of Atlanta to New England to be closer to family. After 20 years in the south, it was a big change for us but it's a move we have been thinking about for years and so when the opportunity arose, we went for it.
We are currently house hunting but I have begun to set up my studio in a beautiful old 19th century barn (photos to come later). I recently completed a small collection of works on paper and a few pieces on cradled wood panel and these paintings will be available for purchase on Friday, November 20.
Although we are looking forward to the day when life normalizes for everyone (and when we can finally settle down into a house of our own), we are grateful for so much and are looking forward to new experiences in such a beautiful part of the country.
