I was born and raised in a charming small town in Connecticut and grew up in a beautiful 1850s Victorian farmhouse that was renovated and restored by my parents who owned and operated a local construction company. Influenced by my dad's ability to see the "diamond in the rough" potential in his environment, I grew up with the gift of being able to recognize beauty in the everyday and was, from an early age, instilled with a love of architecture and design. Spending many childhood days with my artist grandmother sparked an early interest in fine art.
After high school, I moved south to study Interior Design at the University of Georgia and then went on to practice both commercial and residential interior design in the Atlanta area. After the birth of my children, I began taking e-design clients and photographing families and weddings. Most recently, I've gone back to creating works of art inspired by nature.
In my free time, you will find me hiking, reading, going to the movies, practicing yoga and most of all, spending time with my husband and three children.
